Yes, you can reach your potential. That is the reflection of the day. I will be sharing with you part of a training that I just did last week on a program that I’m going through right now for 90 days that is called “Awaken Athena”. You guys have heard me speak about this program before and in the training that I found extremely interesting last week, I decided that I will share it with you. The concept of destroying your potential in order to reach new potentials. When I heard that you need to destroy your potential to be able to reach your potential, at the beginning, it didn’t make any sense to me. But as I began to listen to the coach and he gave us the example, for example, I’m going to share one of the examples that I had. I ran the New York City Marathon in 2019 at the age of fifty five and I never ran before. I didn’t do any race before but I knew that I had the potential of finishing the New York City Marathon and that I was going to do that with my children. So, in order for me to reach that potential, I actually had to destroy, start destroying the potential by training. The first step was to register. I made the decision that I had this potential. I registered for the New York City Marathon and then, I started. I decided that I was going to do it for a cause. Then, I joined a team for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Association. Then, I started training and the training took months. Every time that I would run every week, I would increase the miles that I was running. I was destroying their potential. So when I reached the marathon and I was able to do it, I completely crushed the potential. So I’ll give you another example that is just happening because I know that I was able to destroy and be able to do a marathon. Now I have created new potentials for me. So the new potential is that I’m going to be part of an Iron Man relay race with my family and I’m going to do the part that is extremely uncomfortable for me which is like I’m going to do I believe fifty-six miles on a bike. I’ve never really done those bikes before and, for me, it’s a little scary and uncomfortable. But I know that I can reach that potential by destroying it. So I committed to doing the race. Next week, I’m going to register for the race and then, I’m going to buy the bike and I’m going to start training. So the message is that you can reach your potential by taking action and you don’t have to go from zero to 50. You go from 0 to 5, 0 to 10, 0 to 15. You do it step by step. Sometimes, you could take a lot longer to reach the potential but you are destroying it every time that you get closer and closer to it. So today, I am asking you to reflect on your potential and how you are not destroying it. How the potential is just a thought. If you think it, you can create it. So today, I am inviting you to really reflect and take action to destroy the potentials that you have in your mind. So let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
