This is one of the most difficult pillards for me to work through in order to create it and reinforce it into my life. We must reflect on the relationship we have with fun. Asking myself the following questions has helped me: Am I depressed most of the time, tiered and stressed out? We should make a conscience effort to regularly meditate and reconnect with laughter and fun. That positive energy helps us to maintain a full life that is in harmony with our souls.
