This is one of the most difficult pillars for me to work through in order to create it and reinforce it into my life. We must reflect on the relationship we have with fun. Asking myself the following questions has helped me. Am I depressed, tired and stressed out most of the time? We should make a conscious effort to regularly meditate and reconnect with laughter and fun. That positive energy helps us to maintain a full life that is in harmony with our souls.
