No one is responsible for my life. That is the reflection of the day. Today, I’m sharing with you one of the tools that I give in my book #I say no more. I was going to say it in Spanish because the book was written in Spanish first. But I talked in it about victimization. How it is the destructor of life. How many people live in victim mode and they don’t even realize it. We could live in victim mode of our trauma. You’re living with your past. You live in your trauma every day, over and over again and you become a victim of your trauma. We could be victims. You know, we say,”Oh, it is because of my husband that I’m not moving ahead in life or it is because I have kids that I’m not able to go to college or it is because I don’t have enough money that I can’t do this. I could go on and on and on and on. With our bodies, it is because I don’t have enough time that I don’t exercise. It is because I don’t have enough money that I buy fast food. All of these things are victimization. This is how we continue to sort of make excuses that are putting us or stressing us from moving on in life until we recognize that we are victims. That we are looking at ourselves when you look in the mirror as a victim. Poor me, poor me, I’m not able to do this because poor me, poor me. You can continue on that cycle that is vicious. If you are a poor you, you’re going to create poor results. It is impossible to get out of being a victim when you look at yourself as one. We, I repeat, this almost every podcast because it is so important to get this concept, we are what we see and what we speak. So when you look at yourself in the mirror, what are you seeing? Are you a poor me person or are you someone that says, “No, I say no more! I am not going to make excuses for what happened to me that is going to continue to destroy my present and my future self. You have the power, in your hands, to decide. That on a daily basis, you are making a shift in your life that is going to take you out of victim mode into triumph mode because you have the power to switch your being. You, definitely, can create a life that you want. But if what you want is something that just passes through your mind but you don’t really grasp it, visualize it, you’re not going to believe it and you’re not going to create it. But when you think of this in victim mode, you actually visualize yourself as a victim. You believe you are a victim. Therefore, you create a victim. We can shift. We can change this. You have the tools, in your hands, to be able to do this every single day. Every single day take action. Start the first action by looking at yourself in the mirror and repeating to yourself, “I am not a victim. I am not a victim. I refuse to be a victim. I am going to be successful. I am beautiful. I am smart. I am the most incredible human being that is going to create the most incredible results. It is all in your mind. You are not a victim and I say, no more to victim mode. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
