How do you show up when you workout, is the way you show up in other areas of your life

How you show up on your workout is how you’re showing up in other areas of your life. That is the reflection of the day. I was working out with someone the other day and she pointed out this reflection on how you show up to workout. How soon you give up is exactly how you are giving up in other areas of your life. She was reflecting on herself which is something that I love. I love when people actually reflect on the way that they’re showing up which is something that we should all be doing. This is why I love doing these reflections that I share with you every day. Because it really is the daily deposit that feeds my soul and empowers me to be a better human being. When I was working out this morning, I was actually thinking of that statement that she made and I said, “it is exactly right!” The way that I show up to workout, I am serious. I don’t give up. It would take a lot for me to not finish a workout. I finish all my workouts and I give it all. I give it as much as I can even when I’m not feeling well. That’s exactly how I show up in other areas of my life. It is so empowering to know that you have these mirrors that you can look at your life and you can reflect on the way that you showing up in one area is the way that you’re going to be showing up in other areas. So today, I want you to reflect if you’re not working out. Where are you not showing up? Because when you workout, just that alone, you are making that effort to workout. It shows you that you are committed to other areas of your life. But I truly think that working out correlates to the success of humanity. Personally, I’m a little biased because I’ve been working out so long. But if you read about other very successful human beings, they have a routine that includes working out every day and the way they’re showing up for their bodies is the way that they’re showing up for their souls,their minds and everything else. Let’s be aware of how you’re showing up to workout. When you workout or when you’re not working out and analyze that because that’s the way that you were showing up in other important areas of your life. So let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
