At the age of 47, I made the decision to raise my voice and tell my story of the sexual abuse I experienced when I was 9 years old. It’s a reality that affects millions of people in the Latino community and that, in many cases, they manage to overcome despite the trauma that leaves many scars.

I wrote the book #YoDigoNoMas because I know firsthand the ups and downs that an incident of abuse can generate in a person, no matter their age, race, origin, or color. I was fortunate to find the tools that allowed me to change my story into that of a powerful and successful businesswoman and I want to share these tools with you today. This journey takes you through my personal experience in which you will find my life’s testimony and recommendations to let go of guilt along with exercises to heal the pain of abuse, among other gifts.
