What energy are you sending into the universe? That is the reflection of today.
This was a big reflection for me because I have confronted lately this week some challenges, personal challenges. And realizing that I don’t have a lot of the control on the situation, it is very easy to go and get yourself in a negative space where you are sending negative energy to that person and you are focusing on being angry and frustrated, instead of figuring a way to take that energy and putting it on results that you need. But that’s one of the pieces of this reflection. But the other is, that energy that you are sending out there into the universe, it is the that is going to come back to you. So it’s extremely important that we are very careful, that we are very aware of how much anger, how much frustration we are putting into the universe sending it to those people that are our enemies of people that actually they wish ill on us. And the key thing is not to go back and reciprocate that same energy and I know this is very hard to do but it takes daily practice and awareness. When you are aware that you are doing this, then you could slowly get into a space where you are stopping yourself from taking too much of your time and sending this negative angry energy into the universe that ultimately, like I said, comes back to you. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
