As we step into 2026, I want to send you all my heartfelt wishes for a year filled with growth, joy, and meaningful moments. The New Year is always a time of reflection and renewal—a chance to set new intentions and envision the path ahead.
As I reflect on the past two years, I am deeply grateful for the journey of facilitating healing alongside my son Franco and our dear friend Ben. Together, we touched over 400 lives, guiding them through transformation and witnessing their growth. It’s a true honor to see the impact of this work.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible volunteers who have generously given their time and energy to help us create the impact we’re making. I’m also thrilled to share some exciting news: ‘Forgive to Live’ is now becoming ‘Project Light.’ In the spirit of this milestone, I’m including a special video of our two-year anniversary celebration. I invite you to take a few minutes to experience the healing work we’re doing in Vermont and New York.

We all know how common it is to set goals at the start of the year—and equally common to see them drift away as life gets busy. But this year, let’s approach our goals with a fresh mindset. One key to success: Put yourself first. When you prioritize your well-being, including those daily “sweat deposits”—those moments of exercise that keep you energized—you build a stronger foundation to achieve everything else and uplift those around you.
Here are 3 tips to help you stay on track with your 2026 goals:
1. Start with Self-Care: As mentioned, put yourself first and don’t forget those sweat deposits! Daily exercise, whether it’s a short walk or a favorite workout, will keep you vibrant and ready to tackle your plans.
2. Take 5 to 15 minutes each morning to get to know you better. Ask yourself the following questions:
-
What am I grateful for today?
-
What is the darkness I am experiencing today?
-
What is the light within the darkness (there is no darkness without light so challenge your mind to find the gift within your darkness-challenge)
-
Who do I want to send blessings to today? Always include YOU!
-
Connect to your heart, Who are you today? Always from the light!
3. Turn your goals into small, actionable steps: Big goals can feel overwhelming, so break them down into smaller, manageable actions.

Next, I’m delighted to announce that our restaurant-hopping VIP event for Project Light is happening on January 29th. This is a limited and intimate gathering for up to 45 women, focused on authentic connection and empowerment. It’s more than just networking; it’s about building true bonds and lifting each other up. I can’t wait to host this special evening.

I’m thrilled to share that we’re opening the second location of the FEMM Parlour in Stamford, Connecticut this January. Stay tuned for details about the grand opening event and more ways to get involved.

And of course, I can’t forget the exciting developments at Formé. We’re thrilled about the impact that AI is already having on our practice. We’ve expanded our services to include hormone replacement therapy, GYN specialty, gastroenterology, internal medicine, and more. Plus, we’re extending our urgent care hours in 2026 to include Sundays. It’s going to be an incredible year of growth and enhanced care for our patients.

As we step into a new year, I invite you to support the Yo Digo No Más movement and help us protect the innocence of children by preventing child sexual abuse. There are simple but powerful ways to get involved: share our message on social media, cross your arms to show you reject abuse, share your story (even anonymously), volunteer your time and skills, or donate to support prevention programs, educational resources, and psychological support for survivors. Together, we can break the silence and create a safer world—one voice, one action, and one life at a time.
