Tips to transform your day. That is the reflection of the day. Today, I want to share with you some of the tips that I use on a daily basis to be able to connect with every area of my life. So the intention that I create from the moment that I wake up is directed to each of the areas that I like to work in my life. For me, I have a business so I have an intention that I create for that day whether it is that I’m working on a project and I decide that I am going to finish 50% of this project today or I am going to make sure that I set up all the meetings that I need to set up. There is one specific intention that is going to be on the top of my list and that is when it comes to my business. But if you’re working and you’re working on different projects, this is something that you can decide. What is that one thing that you are going to make sure that you take care of today. The other one is your mind. What is the intention that you’re going to create to take care of your mind? For me, I meditate every morning. The meditation could be, for those of you that are just starting, just do it a few minutes. Do 3 minute meditations if this is something that you are just getting used to. For me, I like to do 10 to 15 minutes meditations in the morning. That takes care of my mind and the other one is your body. You need to sweat! So just decide whether you’re going to walk, you are going to run, you are going to work out even if it’s 10 minutes. Whatever it is, you want to make sure that you are sweating. That is the intention and that takes care of your body intention. The other one is your soul. What are you going to do for your soul? An intention that is going to bring you centeredness in your soul. If you are spiritually connected and you have the religion, it could be just praying for a few minutes. It could be listening to a Pastor preach for a few minutes. if you are not someone that has a religion then, you can just connect to nature. You can just look outside and look at the beauty of nature but do it as an intention. Something that you are going to make sure that you do every single day. This could take a few minutes for you to do but it helps you create harmony in your life. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
