La armonía entre conexión y desconexión

That is the reflection of the day. I was reflecting this morning about how last night, I was watching an episode of CNN where they were inside the emergency room. I went to sleep with that on my mind and had a restless night. I even dreamt a lot which I normally don’t do. I woke up this morning saying, ‘Wow, it is incredible how connected we are to the television, connected l to Facebook where people are sending you tons of messenger messages mainly about negativity, sadness, sorrow, pain, stress and anxiety. All of those feelings and emotions that are suppressing not only our minds but are actually suppressing our immune system as well. Obviously, we need to be informed. We need to know what is going on but there is the harmony that we need to work on creating more than ever and connecting and disconnecting as much as possible from this crisis. For me this morning, I actually wanted to meditate as soon as I woke up because I knew that I was so connected to the pain of this crisis. I needed to find a way to disconnect. Ironically, my meditation had to do with disconnecting and explaining how important it is that you give your mind those seconds of disconnection through meditation which can help you deal with the stress that we are going through at this moment. We are all dealing with uncertainty. When you meditate, you can go to a space where you can completely disconnect. I know it’s hard to do but the more you do it, the more you build that muscle where you can connect and disconnect. So my wish and my ask of you today is to please do some meditation. If you’ve never done this, now is the perfect time to start. Have a blessed day!

We understand the importance of approaching each work integrally and believe in the power of simple.
