The 3 R’s consist of 3 steps of personal reflection that, when you start practicing them in your life, can help you focus your energy and allow you to know what is going on in your mind at those moments when you do not feel at 100% to achieve your goals. To practice the 3 R’s exercise you must follow these steps:- Reflect: To bring awareness to your life and focus on your well-being, it is important that you begin to reflect on everything that you consider is not working in your life, or that you believe is not contributing positively to move forward with your projects and achieve your professional and personal goals.
- Reset: Once you have identified these negative aspects of your life, you must give yourself the opportunity to rest your mind, so you can identify the different ways you can reverse these feelings and turn them into virtudes that work for your physical and mental well-being.
- Reconnect: All this exercise of personal reflection will allow you to reconnect with your essence and spirit, surrounding you with a positive energy that will be the fuel you need to lift your spirits and meet each of the goals you set, keeping your life in complete peace and harmony.
