Routines of highly successful people
Routines of successful people. That is the reflection of the day. Today, as I was preparing for a workshop that I’m going to be doing next week, I was reviewing workshops that I have done prior to this one, creating an update and modifying it so that I can do it on Zoom. I decided that I was going to share with you one of the biggest tools that I used throughout my life to be able to have the success that I’ve had with my body, with my soul, my finances, and my professional life. Here it goes! I’m going to start with your Morning Routine. The Morning Routine- if you read any books about successful people, you will realize that the morning routine is one of the most important tools that you have and most people, unfortunately, start the mornings with chaos. You snooze the button. You hit it a few times, you go back to sleep and you are struggling to get out of bed. Let me tell you that, that is the worst thing that we can do. When you snooze the button, you are resetting and/or restoring, basically, a process of waking up. Some of you that want to know more about this, you can read the book “The 5-Second Rule” by Mel Robbins. She explains the damage that you do when you hit the snooze button. So when I get up, I get up. I don’t snooze. I just get up and you learn to build that consistency through time but anytime is a good time to start. So, I look at my morning as the frame that I have of the picture that is going to be created for the day. If you start with a frame that is weak, that means that you are waking up late. You’re snoozing, you’re already in chaos because you are running late. You are creating a foundation that is going to continue to be weak through the day. So, in the mornings, what are the routines that you have? Number one, you need to get up early. This is critical! I know a lot of parents say, I don’t have time in the morning bécasse I have to wake my kids up and I have to get my kids ready. Then that means that you need to wake up at least an hour earlier and you might need to go to sleep earlier. Believe me that everything is what you create. So if you think you can create it, then you’re going to create it. You have to think of the benefits. If you start seeing the benefits of creating a very strong frame, then it is powerful what happens, how you begin to restructure your life. The other thing is that you need to get up earlier. You need to get up at least an hour earlier, than your family so that you have time to create that strong frame. I was actually having a conversation with my daughter-in-law and she was telling me how because she’s not working right now, she has been, these past few weeks I guess, getting up a little later and the kids are up when she’s getting up. She realized that she loses out on creating that frame and she becomes a little bit more impatient with the kids and she just wants the kids to watch TV whenever they want to come and play with her. Obviously, she is not able to finish her routine. So, I’m going to encourage you to get up at least an hour earlier. The other one is very important that you create a routine where you work out. You need to sweat every day at least six times a day. The other one is you need to listen to audible books. They are amazing. While you are putting makeup on, while you are taking a shower, while you are shaving, you are able to do this. Spiritually connecting, listening to someone preach for a few minutes or a motivational speaker. A frame needs to be created that is strong and we have the ability to do that when we can start rethinking our morning. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect!

We understand the importance of approaching each work integrally and believe in the power of simple.
