This week’s guest is Maria Trusa, author of the powerful book “Yo Digo No Mas/I Say No More”. Maria is the founder of the social movement with the same name which helps victims of sexual abuse. Born in the Dominican Republic, Maria is the CEO of Forme Medical Center and Urgent Care located in Westcester, NY. Forme offers health services and dignified care to the vulnerable Hispanic community who do not have the ability to pay for insurance or lack immigration status.
Maria is very candid about her story of surviving abuse and trauma. It is a very compelling conversation. One you won’t want to miss
