In times of crisis like the one we are currently experiencing, businesses are forced to lay off employees, many are uncertain about the health of their loved ones, children are out of school and the stress level we are experiencing is unprecedented. It is very important that we find ways to get out of that victim mode as soon as possible. One of the ways that we can do that is by focusing on solutions and taking that energy and putting it into creativity. Becoming solution-based decreases the energy in victim mode; releasing you from that state. Another way is through meditation. Just 10-20 minutes will relax your body; taking you to a space of peace. Therefore, we must focus on solutions and actions. Reflect, Reset and Reconnect!
