How to get out of a state of confusion. That is the reflection of the day. There are times in our lives where we feel that we have so much going on and that we are just not sure the direction that we need to take. Sometimes, it could be with work. It could be with a relationship. It could be with a family issue. We go into this state of confusion that we have a hard time getting out of. So today, I want to share some tools that I utilize when I feel that I am in this place where I just don’t know what to do and I feel tension in my body. I feel a little bit of a cloud over me and I just don’t have much clarity. So when I’m there, I decide to Number one, accept that I am confused. Number two, is to reflect on why. Really take the time to spend time thinking of why I am feeling this way. Where is the anxiety coming from? Then, write every day in your journal. If you don’t have a journal, I suggest that you get one and you start writing your feelings. Just, what are you feeling? What is the thing that is really upsetting you or confusing you? Little by little, every day, you start writing. You go back to the things that you are writing at the end of the week and you start getting some answers from your own journal. The other thing that I highly suggest is meditation. Meditation is something that I practice and I actually am even doing in the evenings when I am in a state of confusion. I actually try to meditate more. The last thing is, once you have sort of reflected and have a little bit of clarity on what the confusion is about then, speak with the people that you trust. The people that are going to tell you the truth and are going to be honest with you. At the same time, ask their opinion and be open, completely open. That is key. That you express your emotions and your confusion and allow people to give you guidance and keep an open mind. We all go through these stages in our lives. Accepting it, reflecting, writing, meditating and speaking with the people that you trust is a way of getting out of confusion. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
