How to educate yourself daily and live a fuller life. That is the reflection of the day. I’m reflecting on this because today, I happened to take the time to attend a workshop. In this workshop, it was focused on creating the right culture in the business to be able to have a productive and successful business where your staff is happy. I was reflecting on how on a daily basis part of my routine is educating myself. So, there is not one day that goes by where I don’t spend at least 15 to 30 minutes. Most of the time, I’m spending about 45 minutes a day on educating myself and the education comes in different manners. Today, I attended a workshop. Most mornings, I’ve mentioned in my podcasts and other reflections how I go and I listen to an audible book. I choose the audio book based on my interest for that particular period. So, I’m always reflecting on my fitness, my family, my spirituality or my finances that have to do with the business. In these areas of my life, depending on what I need the focus or the energy to go into then, I choose my books depending on where I need the help at that particular week or, you know, time in my life. But one thing that I also realize is that I’m always looking at videos. YouTube videos that are inspirational or that are educational. This is something that I see that a lot of people say that they don’t have time for education. When they look at education, they think they need to go and go to school or attend a seminar. They have to spend all this time educating themselves. But ironically, education is in your hands every day. You can go into YouTube and find ways of learning so many different things. But many people, unfortunately, are spending their time looking at social media and living somebody else’s life instead of investing the time in their life. So today, I invite you to reflect on the different areas of your life. Fitness, family, spirituality, finances, your business. Whatever it is, where you don’t feel like you are maximizing and you’re not getting the results that you’re looking for. So I invite you to ,every day through daily deposits of education, make a change. Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect.
