How are you staying focus in these times of chaos?

That is the reflection for today! I was reflecting on this because as I go from virtual meeting to virtual meeting, trying to stay focused on the practice in the medical center and making sure we are implementing protocols daily as they are changing hour by hour and day by day, I need to stay focused to ensure that we are safe and keeping the business alive. Protecting lives is the biggest challenge that I’m experiencing right now. This happened to me once before and I did a reflection where I was at a virtual meeting in my mind for about an hour to focus on what I needed to do next. I also woke up this morning and did an intense workout for 30 minutes to maintain the focus on my body; then meditating to focus on maintaining my mind. Therefore, my tip for today is for you to figure out ways of reflecting on how you can bring back the focus to your life because that is your biggest challenge today! Let’s reflect, reset and reconnect!
