Don’t let the future destroyed your present.
That is the reflection of today. I’ve been reflecting on the hysteria that we have been living by the uncertainty of these times where we’re dealing with the unknown or virus that we have been seen, that there is so much that everybody’s trying to figure out and it is creating a major panic in the world; I am not saying that we should not be concern, obviously, we need to be concerned, we need to take the measures that are there saying we need to take to try to prevent the virus, but I think that we are living every moment, every moment thinking of the virus, talking about the virus, we are even though we don’t have control of so much, we are living the things that we cannot control in letting it direct our peace and direct our energy.
So what I’m saying on this reflection today, what I’m doing is taking back the peace and the energy in the middle of chaos, and that is being able to live the moment, taking responsibility but at the same time, being able to enjoy life as much as possible in the middle of these difficult times.
I want us to reflect on at this time, how were we handling ourselves? Are you in panic mode or are you in action mode? Just doing the things that you need to do to make sure that your life and the life of others are not affected as much but not forgetting to be present to the now to do everything you can to enjoy the moment because this moment is all we have.
The pression is, this future is completely unknown. Let’s reflect, reset and Reconnect, stay safe.
