Connecting tools. That is the reflection of the day. I am going to share with you an exercise that I did yesterday with my children. The exercise was to send them a video. A short video of 1 or 2 minutes just letting them know how much they mean to me and how they have each one of them, individually, impacted my life, the tremendous love that I have for them and something or a few things that connect us that is special. What I have to say is that the impact that that video had on my children was extremely present to me when I received a message from them. The message was beautiful. I could see that they were impacted by just actually watching the video instead of listening to my voice text that I send all the time. Very often, I send messages of love to my children in a voice text but I never thought of doing it on a video. This is something that was recommended to us. It was an assignment from the “Awaken Athena”, this program that I belong to. It is a 90 day challenge and I wanted to share it with you because I could see how impactful it was and the connection that I felt to my children after sending the video was really beautiful. So today, I invite you to take the time to send a love video to your children and if you don’t have children send it to the people that you love. Choose one, choose two, choose three!
